Second of three evenings of the traditional Caves Ouvertes de Noël at Cave Lips in Leytron, where the house wines can be tasted and picked out as gifts for the festive season. Founded in 1948, the family business, now in its third generation, produces a wide range of AOC Valais wines from 17 grape varieties, plus the Vignac, a brandy aged for at least eight years in oak casks. The final evening follows on 18 December.
