About this event
The wine seminar at the Baur au Lac Vins wine shop in Bülach shows how to recognise aromas, taste wines properly and better understand your own palate. An aroma trail awakens the senses, then four white and four red wines are poured, together with technical terms and knowledge about grape varieties, wine regions and wine styles. An all-you-can-eat antipasti buffet accompanies the evening, hosted by wine academic Yvonne Fertig, manager of the wine shop.
