Tasting of Spain's cult wines Pingus by Peter Sisseck and L'Ermita by Álvaro Palacios at the Regensdorf wine shop: after a welcome cava come Plácet, Flor de Pingus, Propiedad and Moncerbal, then 0.5 dl each of the two rarities, with hand-cut beef tartare. Limited to 12 places.
