On Sunday, 7 February 2027, the Weisser Saal of the Volkshaus Zürich is all about the white grape variety Furmint. At the Grand Tasting from 14:00 to 19:00, numerous producers from Hungary show the full range of the grape, from sparkling wine and elegant dry whites to the classic nobly sweet wines. Alongside, guided 45-minute masterclasses run from 13:00 to 19:00 with a separate ticket, and the tasting glass is available at the entrance against a deposit.
