On this evening the Académie du Vin presents the great wines of Germany at the Hotelfachschule Zürich, exclusive wines from the steep slopes of the Mosel, Rhine and Nahe. The selection ranges from fresh estate wines to the VDP's Grosse Gewächse and nobly sweet Prädikat wines made from Riesling, Weissburgunder, Silvaner and Spätburgunder. Gerstl Weinselektionen is the presenting partner, and the evening opens with an apéritif.
