About this event
Champagne winemaker Laurianne Lejour from Reims is a personal guest at taste.champagne at wineshop@bridge. Her small estate covers 1.5 hectares with Grand Cru and Premier Cru parcels in the Montagne de Reims and on the Côte des Blancs, which she vinifies separately, giving both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir room for their own expression. From Brut Nature through Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs to Rosé, her champagnes can be tasted and compared walk-in style, she also talks about her work in the parcels and her path as a young winemaker, participation is free.
