The evening is dedicated to the Chiavennasca grape variety, as Nebbiolo is called in Valtellina, with wines from Boffalora, Hermau, Sandro Fay and Terrazzi Alti. The route leads from Valgella via Sassella to Castione Andevenno and shows three distinct styles of the region. Cheese, dried meat and risotto are served alongside.
