The Festival Vin Nature Suisse by the Association Suisse Vin Nature enters its 6th edition: around 40 winemakers present their natural wines, made from organically or biodynamically grown grapes, pressed and fermented without any additives. There are also tasting workshops and fully organic, seasonal food. The festival takes place at Espace Amaretto in Lausanne, from 11 am to 8 pm.
