Switzerland's fair for organic, biodynamic and natural wines is now called BioSaveurs and takes place at Espace Amaretto in Lausanne. Around 60 winemakers and fine-food stands from across the country offer tastings and direct sales, plus cooking workshops and a big tavolata on Saturday at midday. The salon runs Friday from 4 pm to 9 pm and Saturday from 3 pm to 9 pm.
