Guided tasting through the Vinschgau, at roughly 80 hectares South Tyrol's smallest wine region with steep terraces and a dry mountain climate: South Tyrol connoisseur Markus Zyka pours at least 12 wines from selected Vinschgau winemakers in pairs, with background on a region whose wines are barely available in Switzerland. The evening takes place in the vaulted cellar of the Barrique wine shop, with a cold meat platter and bread.
