At around 420 hectares, the Bündner Herrschaft is Switzerland's smallest wine region with an international impact. Pinot Noir at top Burgundy level, Completer as a rare speciality, family estates with generations of history. Here is the overview of the most important wine events of 2026.

What makes the Bündner Herrschaft special
Foehn weather, limestone soils with typically dark slate, and winemakers who have known what they are doing for generations. The result is Pinot Noirs with elegance and depth that regularly hold their own against Burgundy in blind tastings, as well as Completer, an expressive white wine that is practically unavailable outside Graubünden.
Unlike industrially oriented wine regions, family estates of 5 to 25 hectares dominate here. Direct contact with the winemakers is not just marketing, but reality.
