What started as BioVino is now called BioSaveurs, though the core idea remains: a show devoted entirely to Swiss organic, biodynamic and natural wines. Around 60 winegrowers and fine food producers from every Swiss wine region show their products at Espace Amaretto in Lausanne, always under the principle of one hundred percent organic, one hundred percent Swiss. Alongside tastings and direct sales, the programme includes cooking workshops and a large tavolata on Saturday afternoon. In 2026 the show takes place on 20 and 21 November, with a relaxed, indulgent atmosphere for anyone keen to discover Switzerland's organic terroirs.
