About this course

Recognising, describing and detecting wine faults, that is what this sensory course is about. In a controlled tasting environment each fault is assessed in isolation, with wines purposely spiked with individual components.

The goal is for you to acquire the knowledge, facts and tasting skills required to act and decide what to do when a wine does not provide an enjoyable drinking experience.
