At Restaurant Wunderbrunnen in Opfikon-Glattbrugg, everything has revolved around good food and an exceptional wine cellar since it reopened in 2014. The historic building, first mentioned in 1882, was lovingly brought back to life by Roger Hirzel and Nadja Anliker. Its wine list has earned a Gold Star from the Star Wine List for the best Rhône selection, plus several Silver Stars in other categories. Alongside seasonal cuisine, Wunderbrunnen regularly hosts wine tastings, apéros and events for groups.
