Wine by JET is a boutique winery in Uetikon on Lake Zurich, co-founded by Jonas and Elias Ettlin. Jonas Ettlin is cellar master and oenologist, working in the cellar with minimal intervention and plenty of patience to make organic, terroir-driven wines, while Elias Ettlin looks after strategy, administration and the winery's presence beyond Switzerland. In the JET Magnum Lounge the winery welcomes groups for tastings and fondue and barbecue evenings, plus its own events such as the JET Tasting in November in the wine cellar on Kreuzsteinstrasse.
