Weingut Goldwand

Weingut Goldwand is located in Ennetbaden, where the Wetzel winemaking family has been growing wine on the Goldwand for around 400 years. Today Michael and Barbara Wetzel-Meier run the business, and since March 2025 their son Roman has been back at the estate as a young winemaker. The vines grow on 9.2 hectares in the bend of the Limmat and have been farmed according to the principles of integrated production for over 30 years, with the wines made at the Spitaltrotte Ennetbaden. The estate's old vaulted cellar was converted into a tasting and sales room in 2008, and the estate's events take place here and in the garden.
