Sunday, 29.11.2026 in Wädenswil
The Weinbauzentrum Wädenswil has been operating since 1 January 2018 and carries on more than a century of viticultural research in Wädenswil, where Hermann Müller-Thurgau created the grape variety that bears his name at the end of the 19th century. Under the management of Salome Schneider and Fabio Montalbano, it farms around 11 hectares of vines in Wädenswil, on the Au peninsula and in Stäfa, carries out research with Agroscope for the wine industry of German-speaking Switzerland and sells its wines through the Dreistand Shop. Its events include the Advent tasting and the open cellar day at the Dreistand on Schlossgass 8 in Wädenswil, a tasting every Monday and the Oenologietagung for the trade.
