At von Salis, wine from the Bündner Herrschaft has taken centre stage since 1994, when Andrea Davaz founded the vinotheque together with two wine-loving friends, and the company now works with more than 60 growers from Fläsch, Maienfeld, Jenins, Malans, Zizers and Trimmis while also tending its own vines. The range is rounded out with international wines from Provence, Italy, Austria, Sardinia and Spain. In 2025, von Salis moved into a new vinotheque in Maienfeld, home to the Maienfeld wine festival as well as regular events such as vertical tastings of mature Pinots.
