The Vinorama in Ermatingen is a former wine trading house of the Ammann family right on Lake Constance, a museum since 2003 devoted to the history of winegrowing on the Untersee. Under the name Genusszeit, Karin Peter runs the vineyard walk with wine tasting here: the route follows the lake through the park and vineyards of Arenenberg, before five Thurgau wines are served with a regional aperitif platter in the Vinorama's vaulted wine cellar. The event takes place in May and October and combines a walk, history and wine tasting at a historic spot by the lake.
