Siebe Dupf Kellerei in Liestal has existed since 1874, when Johannes Schwob founded a wine trading business there. Its name refers to the seven red dots on the coat of arms of Basel-Landschaft and still stands for its connection to the region today. As the largest winery in northwestern Switzerland, the family business works with more than 100 grape growers and presses mainly Burgundy varieties such as Pinot Noir from the Baselbiet. At its Liestal headquarters and its Enothek in Basel, tastings take place year-round, ranging from cheese-and-wine evenings to jazz wine bars.
