La Syrah au fil du Rhône is a wine show in St-Maurice featuring wines made from Syrah and other Rhône grape varieties. It shows a selection of wines from this grape, which is grown mainly along the Rhône from Upper Valais to the northern part of the French Côtes-du-Rhône. The selection is based on gold medals at the Etoiles du Valais, the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse and the international competition Syrah du Monde, supplemented by individual wines from regions that are rarely represented at competitions.
