Domaine Serreaux-Dessus

At Domaine Serreaux-Dessus, the vines grow at over 550 metres above Lake Geneva, where the grapes take their time to reach full ripeness. Winemaker and oenologist Vincent Chappuis, together with Eliane and Fernando, farms 8.5 hectares of vines and 5 hectares of meadows and forest in Begnins, right in the heart of the La Côte region. The grapes, mainly Chasselas alongside Riesling-Sylvaner, Gamay and the rosé Oeil-de-Perdrix, are hand-harvested and vinified and bottled entirely on the estate. The estate's own press house hosts tastings as well as theatre performances and the JVAL open-air music festival.
