At Domaine Jean Duboux, six generations of passion have gone into the wine from Lavaux. Jean and Constance took over the family estate in Riex in 2017 and now farm 2.7 hectares with seven grape varieties, working ecologically and with great attention to detail. Their grapes go into 13 different wines, from grands crus to sparkling wine to the cuvée "Constance éphémère," repeatedly awarded, including at the Mondial du Chasselas. At the Caveau des Langins, they open their doors for tastings, vineyard walks and private events right in the terraces of Lavaux.
