Domaine de Chambleau

Domaine de Chambleau lies above Colombier in the Neuchâtel wine country between the lake and the foot of the Jura, and has belonged to the Burgat family since 1950. Louis-Philippe Burgat has run the estate since 2001 with his wife Valérie, and daughter Charlotte has looked after the vines and wines since 2022. The limestone soils are home mainly to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the estate has been fully organic since 2017 and also works biodynamically. Guests get to know it through tastings of six wines and a visit to the barrel cellar.
