Clos Vert

Clos Vert is a wine estate on Lake Biel, run by oenologist Helena Hebing, winemaker Noel Urwyler and wine lover Thomas Wehrlin. Following biodynamic principles, they farm around 3 hectares of vines along Lake Biel and run a wine cellar in Biel. The focus is on Pinot noir and Chasselas, which are spontaneously fermented, aged separately by single site such as Fergettli, Eichholz and Bouille, and bottled unfiltered. Sales are through the online shop, at wine fairs and at events in the estate's own wine cellar on Neuenburgstrasse in Biel.
