Cave Les Collines

Cave Les Collines is the wine estate of Pierre Dorsaz in Charrat in Valais, with vines on the slopes of Fully, Saxon and Charrat. Since 2017 the winemaker has also been vinifying in terracotta amphorae, and he farms apricot plots alongside. Tastings with a cellar visit or with regional products take place on registration for groups of four or more. The winery also takes part in the Caves Ouvertes des Vins du Valais and invites visitors to an open day at the end of the year.
