Cave Chai du Baron

Cave Chai du Baron is a wine cellar in Sion-Bramois in Valais, whose grapes come from 20 hectares of vineyards in central Valais. Patrice Walpen has run the business since 2015. The range includes traditional wines as well as specialities that have made Valais famous. Cellar visits with a tasting of six or eight wines are available by prior arrangement, and there are also open days and a brunch at the Chai.
