A look back at the 2026 edition
Once a year, on the first weekend of September, the Twann wine estates open the Rebweg above the village. Twelve estates pour their wines right where they grow, among the vines with a view of Lake Biel and St. Peter's Island. The tasting glass costs 30 francs and covers tastings at all participating estates, and the Gaichtleist runs a small food stall. The Weinstrasse takes place in all weather, no reservations are possible, arrival by public transport is recommended and the path from Twann station is signposted.
