At the Landgasthof Schönbühl, Simone Colasuonno of the Piedmont estate Michele Chiarlo presents the house's top wines, from the Arneis Roero Madri and Gavi di Rovereto through two Nizza to the Barolo Cerequio from the 2021 and 2013 vintages and the Moscato Asti Nivole. Each course of the 4-course menu is paired with one wine, including vitello tonnato, tajarin with white Alba truffle and brasato al Barolo. The aperitif, menu, wines, water and coffee are included in the price, and the evening is held in English.
