Un cépage, 7 vignerons, une table, La Mara

At the Repas cépage of the Association 7aboire, a single grape variety takes centre stage, made by seven local winegrowers, each with their own version. The seven wines are tasted with a matching menu, so terroir, vintage and each winegrower's signature show directly in the glass. The November edition is devoted to the rarer Mara variety and takes place at the Cinéma Rex in Vevey.
