Champagne Dinner with Martin in Switzerland

Premier Crew invites guests to its first dinner in Zug, at the restaurant unico and timed with the week of World Champagne Day. Martin Dibben guides guests through five Champagnes, after Veuve Clicquot Brut at the reception come Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs, Bollinger Special Cuvée 007, Laurent-Perrier Rosé and Pol Roger Demi-Sec with four courses, and the kitchen cooks seasonally with selected local ingredients, from char with kohlrabi to pear with vanilla. The evening is held in English, admission is from 17:30 and places are limited.
