On this evening, the Gurtners wine journey heads to Ticino to Castello di Cantone, an estate at the foot of Monte San Giorgio in the Mendrisiotto with around five hectares of vines. After finger food and an aperitif at the Gurtners kitchen table, the estate and winemaker are introduced, followed by starters with wine pairing and a red wine tasting with main course in the Gurtners library. Dessert comes with stories and insights from the kitchen and the vineyard.
