Matteo Giribaldi of Azienda Agricola Giribaldi from Rodello in Piedmont presents five Alta Langa DOCG made by the Metodo Classico at Mr.Vino in Lugano and talks about his wines as he pours. In the glass are Extra Brut 2022, Blanc de Noirs, Tradizionale Pas Dosé, the Riserva Emma 2018 with 70 months and the Riserva 2015 with 82 months on the lees. Oysters are served as a welcome, followed by seafood finger food, and the evening is a standing event.
