Winemaker talks, Valais vs. la Côte

In the attic of Landhaus Liebefeld, two Swiss winemakers talk about their work, an organic winemaker from Venthône in Valais and Vincent Graenicher from Tartegnin on La Côte, who focuses on biodynamics. Ten wines accompany the seasonal four-course menu with Vaud saucisson, Arctic char and entrecôte double with a Cornalin reduction. Aperitif, wine pairing, mineral water and coffee are included, and the menu is also available in a vegetarian version.
