Wine evening at the Leutschenhaus, a journey through special worlds of wine

Dominic Mathies, manager of the Klosterkellerei Einsiedeln, gives an insight into the work in the vineyard and cellar at the Restaurant Leutschenhaus, surrounded by the monastery's own vines, and the apéro features the sparkling rosé VIVUS from two vintages and in two bottle sizes. Afterwards, Jörg Waldthaler of Waldthaler Wine Experiences takes guests from Lake Zurich on to Hungary and pairs the menu with Hungarian wines, including Furmint Szent Tamás Grand Cru and Tokaji Szamorodni from Pelle as well as Mád Village from Attila Orsolyák. Arrival is from 18:30, and the evening starts at 19:00.
