At the vinazion shop in the Centre Brügg near Biel, winemaker Louis Emery of Cave Emery in Ayent near Sion presents his Valais wines, including Johannisberg, Petite Arvine, Syrah and Diolinoir. The winemaker is there in person on both days and guides the tasting with expert knowledge. Discounts are available on the wines tasted.
