The Hotel Victoria Glion, high above Montreux, invites you to an evening dedicated to Domaine La Barroche from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, family-owned since 1703 and now run by Julien and Laetitia Barrot. After an aperitif at the hotel bar, a four-course menu follows in the restaurant, accompanied by the estate's wines, including the cuvées Pure, Signature and Fiancée, in a pairing created especially for this evening. The evening's partner is the importer Carte des Vins.
