About this event
Autumn evening in the «Flüssiges trifft auf Festes» series by Glen Fahrn and the Soleil d'Or restaurant in St. Gallen, which according to Glen Fahrn holds one Michelin star and 15 GaultMillau points. Every course of Benjamin Geisser's menu comes with grappa, including several rarities from Italy, a Grappa Champagner Spritz as an aperitif and a 1964 Montanaro brandy with the espresso. The menu features veal tongue with kohlrabi, trout with shiso, lamb and vanilla ice cream with Williams pear. Places only with a confirmed reservation.
