For Buchsi Sunntig, the Vaud wine house Hammel Terres de Vins invites guests to its site in Herzogenbuchsee for a grand wine tasting with bistro. Hammel wines are poured over two days, on Sunday there are crispy fried fish bites from Lake Biel, and the house offers up to 15 per cent off wine purchases, with an additional 5 per cent from CHF 500.
