During Advent, Cave Alain Emery in the historic Cloître quarter of Aigle opens its cellar on several days in a festive Christmas atmosphere. Guests can taste the wines of the Emery family, who have farmed their vines for five generations and produce Vinatura-certified wines, served with terroir platters, salmon cooked over a wood fire and tarte à la crème.
