Ahead of the festive season, Adrian Hartmann welcomes visitors to his estate in Oberflachs, where all the wines can be tasted and bought directly from the farm. The estate is run biodynamically, a diverse ecosystem is nurtured in the vineyard, and in the cellar lively, terroir-driven wines are made with a minimum of technology.
