The Gasthaus Engel in Sirnach and the Weingut Engel from Uesslingen jointly invite guests to a multi-course gourmet menu, with Markus Frei, manager of the winery, presenting the matching Engelwy for each course. Wines poured include Federweisser, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Sinfonie and Merlot, and the plates feature dishes such as pumpkin foam soup, char fillet on wild mushroom risotto and crispy roast goose breast.
