About this event

For the fifth time, Schloss Schadau on Lake Thun hosts its Champagne dinner, this time on two evenings due to high demand. Simon Hess of Altglas brings grower Champagnes and presents the wines of Maurice Choppin, including the classic sabrage of a bottle. A 4-course menu with aperitif and Champagne pairing is served.
