To round off the year, the sparkling wine house Mauler opens its cellars at the Prieuré Saint-Pierre in Môtiers in the Val-de-Travers. On two days before the holidays, the sparkling wines made using the traditional method can be tasted. There are also recommendations for Christmas menus and bottles for the festive table or as gifts.
