Aboard the historic BAM train with carriages from 1895 and 1925, the journey runs from Morges to Bière at the foot of the Jura, while a winery from the region presents its wines. On 14 November the Domaine de Joli-Clos is on board and introduces four of its wines. The matching three-course menu comes from head chef Stéphane Brioschi of Les Artisans Cuisiniers in Bière, and travel on the MBC network is included all day.
