An evening devoted to the Domaine de La Grillette from Cressier, which has farmed 20 hectares with 14 grape varieties on 17 plots in the Entre-deux-Lacs since 1884. Head chef Maxime Pot has created a surprise menu especially for the occasion, with courses matched to the estate's wines and revealed only as the meal unfolds.
