To close the season, Caveau Corto in Grandvaux hosts a brisolée on the last weekend of October, the typical dish of its neighbours in Valais. The caveau is run by winegrowers from Grandvaux, who pour their white, red and rosé wines from Lavaux here and are happy to answer questions about their craft. The name recalls Corto Maltese, whose creator Hugo Pratt lived in Grandvaux until 1995.
