At SILK Restaurant & Bar in the Ambassador Hotel Zürich, the wines of Bodegas Aalto take centre stage, above all the new Aalto 2024 vintage, shown here ahead of its official market launch. They are joined by the Aalto PS 2022 and a mature Aalto PS, accompanied by a matching menu. Julian Mächler, brand ambassador of Casa del Vino, guides the evening and tells the story and philosophy of the bodega.
