At Restaurant Castanea, the spotlight is on the wines of the Bordeaux house Moueix, including La Fleur-Pétrus, Bélair-Monange and other rare Bordeaux from Pomerol and Saint-Émilion. Bertil Corgié, Export Manager at Moueix, hosts the evening and talks about the terroirs, philosophy and stories behind the wines. Head chef Andrew creates a 6-course gourmet menu tailored to the character of each wine.
