At the Landhotel Hirschen in Erlinsbach, three winemakers from the Bündner Herrschaft, Rafael Hug (Wegelin), Patrick Adank and Johann-Baptista von Tscharner, present their Pinot Noir wines in person at the table. All three estates belong to the circle of the Mémoire des Vins Suisses, and the Hirschen kitchen serves dishes to match the wines in a 5-course lunch. Aperitif, wines, coffee and water are included in the price.
